Sunshine Coast Shellfish Build
Sunshine Coast Shellfish was an innovative project for Apollo Custom Manufacturing. It features a full processing plant in the trailer for live shell fish and other raw seafood, plus a full kitchen to sell and serve their freshly caught items. There is no fresher seafood you can find than one that is processed in the same trailer it is cooked in. Apollo Custom Manufacturing designed and built this 26ft trailer to our customers exact specifications, and complying with all Coastal Health regulations for processing live fish.
